  • The Coffee & Pastry Business Package Course allows the coffee shop or bakery shop entrepreneurs to learn the core knowledges about the coffee and poplar pastries which perfectly matches with coffee. This course update the new trends in the industry. This is intense training to learn how to operate and maintain the espresso machine and other necessary equipment in the kitchen, basic coffee shop recipes, beans, and pairing pastry with the coffee they are willing to have. This will be done by short time limit to save your time and get only the actual managing system and recipes for the shop.

    BARISTA 101
    COFFEE FUNDAMENTALS (BARISTA NATIONAL CERTIFICATE II)

    • Best for looking for barista certificate, unemployed, hobby, barista beginner

    • This course introduces you to understand the barista terminology and experience every aspect a barista should know. It discovers how to use and maintain the espresso machine & grinder properly in a coffee shop. This course enlighten your curiosity on how is the coffee bean made and what kind of coffee there are in the world.

    • Different from others, this special class teaches from the very fundamental, green beans, to roasted beans so that the barista will clearly understand what beans they are using and how to use it properly. From the fundamental understanding, you can then make variety of espresso-based menu and non-coffee menu. You can also experience simple latte art as a barista.

    • This course includes:
      Barista Terminology, Green Beans Experience Hand-Roasting, Manual Coffee Brewing , Hand-Drip Methodology, Extract Espresso, Milk Steaming, Espresso-Based Menu, Non-Coffee Menu, Basic Latte Art Training, Equipment Maintenance.

    • Inclusion:
      All the consumable ingredients, necessary tools and equipments for training, training material, barista apron, certificate of completion, chance for Barista NC II assessment

    • Qualified after the Course:
      Completing Barista 101 qualifies graduates to receive Barista NC II Certificate from TESDA.
    BARISTA 102
    INTERNATIONAL CERTIFIED BARISTA COURSE (KCF BARISTA II - KOREA)

    • Best for student / barista who want to enhance the skills about coffee, who want to work abroad

    • The Barista 102 course will enhance more coffee knowledge and professional level of barista skills which can be accommodated by international standards as well. This course teaches the students to have deeper knowledge about the coffee beans, to differentiate the characteristics of the beans, to enhance the latte art skills. In this course, the student will be trained for the KCF assessment which will improve the cooperate skill in the bar in time limit. This is more on actual industry practices in the coffee shop to ready for barista profession in any country.

    • Inclusion:

    • Qualified after the Course:
      Completing Barista 101 qualifies graduates to receive the KCF Barista II Certificate from the Korean Cooks Federation.

    • Best for people interested in latte art, student / barista who want to enhance the skills about coffee, barista who want to apply latte art in café

    • The latte art course focuses to enhance the latte art skills of barista. This starts from the understanding of mixing and pouring the milk with espresso, then start with basic heart. In this course, you can learn making double and triple tulips, and basic Rosetta on the cappuccino.
    • It will make you understand the basic method.
